In reality, numerous geopolitical, economic, and social crises are at a boiling point around the globe, and many people remain unaware of them, leading to a growing false sense of peace and safety. Let's take a biblical look at the current realities we face and the troubles that will come upon the whole earth in the days ahead, as we near the end of history and Jesus' return.

Hello, friends. Welcome to Concern of the Times. This is Howard Green. It's so great to be with you today. And the voices you just heard were the voices of Tucker Carlson and Marjorie Taylor Greene as they discussed Christian support for Israel. And we'll go ahead and play that clip in full again. But here's the thing. As we move into our summer 2025 Signs of the Times prophetic update, tomorrow is July 1st. It seems like things are fairly quiet prophetically. A lot of people are saying we averted disaster in Iran and things are going a lot better now and everything's calmed down in the world. The protests have ended as far as in general, the ICE protests and the other things that are going on. But I want to go ahead and take a, if we can, very quickly today, awesome foot view of some of the things that are happening geopolitically, socially, and spiritually across our planet to sort of gain an understanding of just how close the return of Jesus is. We're going to do it biblically, we're going to look at Bible prophecy, and we're going to look at some of the events that are happening and draw our conclusions from that. The reason I say that is because with the onset a month or so ago of the Iran-Israel conflict, There were a lot of quote unquote Bible prophecy experts making some bold predictions, sort of hyped up speculation about this is it. You know, this is Ezekiel 39 and 40. This is the big war. It's all coming to a head now. And it's here's the problem I have with that is. A lot of times you could see that these people are going for likes, for clicks, for listens, for downloads, for book sales. But friends, we don't want to do that here. What we want to do is we want to look at the events that are happening through the lens of scripture and see if we can kind of get an idea just where we are in the prophetic scenario and basically have a sense of the nearness of Christ's return. So having said that, let's go ahead. I got about 10 points here that I want to cover very quickly, each one. We're not going to spend a lot of time on each one of these. We could break each of these down for hours on end, but we're not going to do that today. Today, we're going to take a few minutes on each one and see if we can gain some biblical insight and some wisdom as we look at scripture and look at what the Bible says about what's coming in our world today, okay? Let's get started. So number one, we have the Iran and Israel conflict. And you heard at the beginning of the podcast, Tucker Carlson talking with Marjorie Taylor Greene about this, what they would call this unwavering Christian support for Israel. And they say, assume that we're going on just blind faith here. You know, we're going to support Israel because we took some Bible verses out of context and that's it. Well, that's not the case.

Two questions. One, what kind of reaction have you gotten from those voters, many of whom are like some of the best people I know? I just want to

say that. Oh, they're great. They're

great. And second... Where does that come from, that belief?

SPEAKER_03:

I'm sure some of them are mad at me right now. I can totally expect that and understand it, and I'm sure we'll work it out. From my opinion, it is embedded in our education system. We're taught all these things. We're, of course, taught about the Holocaust, taught about the nation of Israel. It's embedded in our education, but it's also embedded in church.

Boy, they support the whole LGBTQ thing. They allow abortions and all these crazy things are going on. And so does the United States, or at least we did, and we still do some of that. And so does the UK and Canada and Australia and Western Europe. And the point I'm making is this. God's promises in his covenant to Israel are unconditional. He's not a covenant breaker. Yeah, they got a secular government. Sure, they're just like our government. There's a lot of corruption. There's a lot of worldliness. But at the end of the day, God has not cast off the Jews. God has not forgotten them. And I believe we can find biblical precedent for Christians standing in solidarity with Israel. No, I don't mean abuses. And no, I don't mean government corruption. And I don't mean, um, their secular government and all the things that they're doing, you know, socially and these social programs like we're doing here in the States and flirting with all sorts of sin. I'm talking about standing for the nation of Israel, not wanting it to be wiped out, believing that God's future plan will stand for the Jews and it will come to fruition. You know, one day Jesus is going to come back and sit on the throne of David in Jerusalem. But you be careful when people throw Israel under the bus and then start to wag their finger at Christians or they would say other Christians and tell us how we should view Israel. That's very, a very disturbing territory we're going in. And I do think this anti-Israel rhetoric is going to continue to ramp up. And that's from people even inside the church and people that will call themselves conservatives and certainly Christians. And so we'll see, keep your eyes on that. But I will say this regarding the Iran-Israel conflict. I don't think it's over. And a lot of people in the know don't believe it's over either. And here's why. A couple of reasons. Number one, Iran has this bringing in the 12th Imam, the Mahdi, this, this Islamic messianics, they believe if they can just create this world instability, this world war, they will bring in the 12th Imam. They're a Muslim messiah, if you will, the only way I could call, only terminology I could think of. And he's going to rule and he's going to create this religious caliphate all over the world for Allah. So they've got their plan and the Lord's got his plans. But here's the thing you're dealing with. With Iran, it's run by the mullahs and run by the Ayatollah. These people have just an insatiable appetite to destroy the nation of Israel and the Jews. Trump calls himself the art of the deal man. He's a dealmaker. But friends, you cannot— deal with crazy. You cannot deal with demonic possession. I'm telling you, these people want to destroy Israel. And the only kind of deal that the Ayatollah and the rest would make is to save their face for now so they can go back and attack Israel again. And how do I know this? I'm not talking off the top of my head. You go to Ezekiel 39 and 40, and we do see a day that Iran will regroup and come down with Russia and invade Israel. It's a foregone conclusion. The Bible says it. It's going to happen. So do not count Iran out. And I say that in the very– the most negative sense and the most foreboding sense because the trouble is not over. And here's the other thing I was wondering as I saw this whole Iran-Israel geopolitical trouble happen. It was– we got Hamas and all the different– terrorist factions in the Middle East and certainly surrounding Israel. But where was Hezbollah in all this? Hezbollah is the north of Israel, embedded in Lebanon and Syria, and they, by conservative amounts, have 150,000 rockets pointed in the direction of Israeli cities. So why would the column of the Iranians sit on their hands when Israel and Iran are trading barbs? Well, they were told to by Iran. But friends, don't think for a that this is going to go on forever. When Iran comes back and eventually they're going to come back again and maybe again and again, eventually they're going to have Hezbollah release those rockets and they're going to basically try to wipe the Jews out. And I'm telling you right now, again, this is a crazy ideology. They want to destroy Israel. And by the way, they want to destroy America too. So Russia and Ukraine, you have, I believe it was Saturday of this weekend, it was like the 22nd, 7th or 28th of June, just a couple of days ago, you had the largest missile barrage from Russia into Ukraine, into Kiev and other cities since the war began. I mean, hundreds of rockets, hundreds of missiles hitting Ukrainian cities, civilian targets. It's interesting that our president, President Trump, says Putin wants peace. He said that at the Oval Office meeting with Zelensky as he was wagging his finger at him.

We have had some very good discussions with Russia. I spoke with President Putin, and we're going to try and bring this to a close. It's something that you want and that he wants. When

did you last speak with President Putin? A

couple of days ago.

And what did he tell you that gave you the assurance that he wanted

SPEAKER_02:

peace? Well, that's what I do. My whole life is deals. I know pretty good. And I really, I've known him for a long time. I've dealt with him for a long time.

SPEAKER_00:

And a big Zelensky fan. I do think that the man's doing the best he can with what he has. And I think it's a noble cause. I mean, their country was invaded by a foreign adversary, an evil foreign adversary in Vladimir Putin and the Russian soldiers. They're killing civilians, raping women. They're displacing children, changing their names and identity and leaving in Russia and basically kidnap these kids from their homeland. But the president seems to think Putin wants peace. Well, I agree with the president. Putin does want peace. He wants a piece of Ukraine. He wants a piece of the pie. Nothing good's going to come out of this. And you think Putin's going to be satisfied with Crimea or the Donbass or one of those areas? He's going to want it all. Then he's going to want Moldova. He's going to want the Baltic states. And who knows what else he's going to want. Friends, this does not end well. And there's other people, people like John Barnett, Dr. John Barnett of Discover the Book Ministries, and people like Mark Hitchcock have said clearly that this is only the beginning. Eventually, Russia will go down. Ukraine won't be enough and they will invade Israel. What precipitates that? There are a couple of theories and a couple of ideas about that. Could be oil, could be natural gas, certainly riches, things like that. But we'll see. But the Bible calls that a foregone conclusion. That is going to happen. How about this? China versus the West. And I titled that very carefully because it's not just China versus the United States. It is China versus Western civilization. As we go forward into this summer, we're involved in a trade war with China and we're involved in a cold war with China that may turn very hot at any moment. China's got their hand all over the Middle East. They got their hand all over the Persian Gulf, all over the Straits of Hormuz. They got their hand in North and South America, Central Africa, all over the South China Sea. They're everywhere. What is this? increasing global reach and influence. Buying up United States farmland, close to military bases, down in South America and in Western Africa and in Eastern Africa and the Horn of Africa, putting ports in there so they can eventually put their naval ships in there. Right now it's for trade, but we'll see how that works out, right? Friends, when China goes to invade Taiwan, if the United States tries to get involved and defend Taiwan and repel the Chinese military, China's gonna come back and hit our critical infrastructure, They're going to come back and hit our water supply, food supply, electrical grid, you name it. Then on top of that, we have kinetic warfare. We have China that now just read an article yesterday. China has put so many anti-satellite satellites into space and space weapons up there that can take out some of our command and control satellites that our Navy and our armed forces and our army uses to monitor ship movements and troop movements on the ground. And then on top of that, we had the growing, not only the cyber warfare and the critical infrastructure threat, we also have China trying to come in and poison our food supply. We just had a couple of operatives that were caught a few weeks ago up in Detroit, up at a university up there, come back into the States with a biological pathogen. It's a agroterrorism pathogen that would basically ruin a corn crop. And wheat crops, and there was other, maybe it was oats, but there was corn and wheat, a few other things there. But they said this would have devastated much of our crop system here in the United States. They are coming after the food supply. What is all this for? It's not to scare you and flame your emotions, but it's to talk about the reality on the ground. Friends, this is not me saying this. These are military experts and people in the know that are saying this. And people in the CIA and the FBI, the former director of the FBI saying this is a clear and present danger. And if we don't face it now, it's going to bite us. So we're going to have problems with China. China gave the deadline, the artificial deadline of 2027 to reunify Taiwan. When somebody plans to go into war over with another nation, when they give dates like that, it's generally earlier. I mean, the fact is, you know, you're going to tip your hand and say it's by 2027. It could be any time now. We're not going to make predictions there. We're just going to leave it with China said. How about the economy? Globally interconnected. We have the dollar continue to lose value. People are wanting to basically trip up the dollar as the fiat currency of the world. We've got the BRICS community of nations that are doing everything they can to diminish the dollar and raise their currency. I mean, what an incredible, exciting, and eye-opening time we live in, isn't it, friends? I mean, it's the nearness of the Lord's return. We have Central bank digital currencies that are, I mean, people are racing towards this, including the United States. You can get on our Treasury Department's website and you can type in central bank digital currency and you can see that they're actually trying and not trying, they're developing this as we speak. Here's the thing. Not only central bank digital currencies of some of these larger Western nations, but we're talking about a one world currency that's coming. Why is this? Because one man, we know him as the Antichrist, he's going to come in and control the entire world. economic system of the world. How do we know that? We go to Revelation 12, 13, 14, 15, 16. No man may buy or sell anything. No man, no one. This is global unless they have the mark of the beast. We know that there will be complete global economic control based on a system of worship. One world currency is coming. Will we see it in our lifetime? I don't know. I can't make predictions like that. It certainly seems like it. It seems like we're going to see it very soon. What precipitates this? What is the impetus to get this one world currency going? Well, you need crisis. And friends with all the things that are happening in the world with the onset of terrorism, with the cyber terror threat, with the identification threat, people going in, hacking into different people's identities and going into large organizations. I mean, even the Pentagon, even Department of Treasury, central banks. I mean, hackers are continuously looking for ways in. The way that people have said is to stop all that is to have one currency. One currency that's regulated centrally. And I just think it's a matter of time before we see this in our lifetime. I don't know, but I think it's soon. I think it's very soon. But let's continue. The onset of AI, artificial intelligence, false narratives, creating narratives, creating what's reality in people's eyes. We have all this information, all this collected human knowledge coming into these systems, these intelligent systems. And what's happening is you can, if you have a certain bias, you have certain large swaths of people, you can have people put in all types of information that can basically turn the tide of public opinion. Let me give you an example. You think about all the riots we've had recently. You think about the, of course, the anti-ICE riots. You think about the riots for Palestine versus Israel. And you think about even a few months ago because of Elon Musk and his doge saving money for Americans for fighting waste, fraud, and abuse. And people were out there burning Tesla dealerships down. They were destroying Teslas. They were doing it on the road. They were doing vandalism. They were hurting people. They were chasing people. You're a Tesla owner. That's mob mentality. And then we're talking about a car company. And then we're talking about people saying groups of people should be killed because they're enforcing the law, the ICE agents. It's terrible. And then we're talking about People screaming in the streets of London and New York and everywhere else, it seems, from the river to the sea, Palestine will be free. Well, let me tell you, from the river to the sea, from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea, that's Israeli land. That's Jewish land, ancient homeland that has been there for 3,000 years. That is their land. But you have people saying, no, from the river to the sea, Palestine will be free. The Jews go somewhere else or just check out. It's a very anti-Semitic and evil thing to say. What does it have to do with AI? Everything, because you can put enough information in, change public opinion, change narratives, and you start to sway swaths of people, the majority. And let me tell you, don't say it hasn't happened before. Joseph Goebbels used it during the Holocaust. The Hutu tribe used it against the Tutsis in Rwanda. Friends, smart people, you would say generally, for lack of a better term, good people can be cited as can be incited against other large groups of people and do unimaginable things to other humans. It's happened before and it's going to happen again. The other thing about AI, talking about just the extreme technology that's involved, the things that are coming along, we have people like Sam Altman and Johnny Ive producing some type of product. Of course, you've got the metaglasses and all these other things that have cameras and listening devices. And now that Sam Altman and Johnny Ive are apparently producing designing some sort of a device that's not going to be glasses. They say it's not going to be a phone, but some type of possibly it's a wearable. Maybe it's like a necklace. Maybe it's a bracelet. Who knows? But something that can basically track you, that can help you get information at a moment's notice. Well, you say my iPhone can do that. Not like this, because it's also going to have the ability, some people are saying, to be able to possibly scan retinas to identify people and to scour the internet and to learn everything about you while they're sitting across a bench from you in the park or across a couple of tables in a restaurant. Friends, there's no more I'll just go hide myself anymore. There's no more I'll just go off the grid and stay off the radar. You are not anonymous anymore. I mean, we know it. Everything is out there and these devices that they're developing. And here's the thing. These people say, oh, Christians are paranoid. Oh, they think there's a devil beyond every corner. That's not what I'm saying. I mean, we have used technology We're even doing it now to spread the gospel. Ministries use technology to win the lost, to feed people. I mean, to defend nations, to build things that they can be used for good purposes. But the nefarious purposes, when the wrong people get the right technology, they can use it against the population, against each other, against other groups. People may decide that you're not pulling the company line or not going along with our narrative. We don't like you. You're an enemy. But we have these wearables, supposedly. It might be a wearable. That's what the speculation is that Johnny Ive and Sam Altman are producing. They say that it should be on the market by 2027. That will have all this technology that essentially there's no more anonymity. I mean, you're not just going to fit in a crowd. People can learn everything about you. To me, it's amazing. And I think about that and think, well, what are the implications of that prophetically? we have the ability to track everyone on the planet, to know what you buy or sell, to know what you're doing, where you're going, who you communicate with, what you communicate about, and it's going to be instantaneous. We're almost there right now. What does all this mean prophetically? There's a time coming, and we know in Revelation 13, 14, 15, 16, you got the beast, that's the Antichrist, you got the other beast, the false prophet, and they're going to control what happens on this entire planet, meaning commerce and worship. You don't have to worship us. That's okay. You don't have to worship the beast. You're just not going to buy yourself. Friends, this is total control. They are going to know where you are, what you're doing, what's going on, and where your loyalties lie. Again, today, we're not going to get into rapture timing. That's another discussion for another day. But suffice it to say that things are moving along so quickly. And then here's the other thing we're going to talk about. How about this? Extreme weather. I mean, extreme heat, storms. Space weather, coronal mass ejections from the sun, solar storms, solar flares, seismic activity, everything's increasing. Tsunamis, drought, famine. And people, I'll stop here for a minute, people say, well, you know, Howard, we've always had those things since the beginning of time, right? Peter talks about that. And I believe it's 1 Peter. I mean, ever since our fathers fell asleep, these things have continued on as usual, right? But remember, Friends, Jesus even said it in Matthew 24. These signs are going to increase in frequency and severity like birth pains. So, yes, we've always had these things, but the fact that they're increasing in frequency and severity. I mean, look, just 20 years ago, we had the Indian Ocean earthquake that killed a quarter of a million people, and that's a small estimate. Some places even say up to a half a million people. We don't know. People that were never found. Jesus talks about pestilences. Well, yeah, you know, we looked at the Spanish flu and the Black Plague and all these things. Well, here we are in this modern world in the 20th century, and look what happened in 2019 and 2020 and 2021. We had coronavirus. We can say that was man-made, whatever. The point is, these things are increasing with frequency and severity. And, I mean— What kind of biological weapons and pathogens are they developing now? What natural things are occurring that can wipe out a ton of people? Jesus said, these things are coming, but don't be alarmed. The end is not yet. And talk about the unrest we've had, right? I mean, again, we mentioned it before, but with Tesla, with free Palestine, with ICE, riots in Europe and the UK, riots fueled by economy, immigration, the Islamization of Ireland and And the rest of Western Europe, friends, things are getting really bad. And a lot of the citizens are rising up against it. But it might be too late. I hope not, but we'll see. But there is a lot of unrest. Unrest like I haven't seen in my lifetime. Persecution. Christian persecution. We know it goes on in places like Nigeria. Speaking of Nigeria, I was looking at the Christian Post yesterday or the day before, and we had another 200 people. Christians get wiped out by those Fulani tribes, by these groups run by Boko Haram and run by ISIS of Western Africa. Friends, this is terrible. 200 Christians just over the weekend and another 80 two weeks ago. And this is going on and on and on as Christians in the West. I'm sorry. I'm just preaching to all of us, including myself. We're busy with our smartphones, busy with our vacations, growing our churches with our programs. And here's the thing. Yeah, we're busy with life and we have to be, but where's the outpouring of prayer and fasting for these people and interceding? I mean, Christians are being wiped out by the hundreds, by the thousands in modern Western Africa and Nigeria. India. I belong to a ministerial group called Christian Ministerial Fellowship International, CMFI. If you look it up, there's another CMFI. It's not that one. This is CMFI. Anyway, the point I'm making is I know other believers, other ministers that are being paying the price for their faith right now, even in places like India. I mean, friends, church is being burned down. Church is being ransacked. People being beaten. People being chased out, told you can't preach here anymore. You can't meet together anymore. And this is in modern India. Friends, this is not something that's happened in the backwaters of New Guinea or somewhere in southern Iran or something like that. This is these are. for lack of a better word, modern countries where wholesale Christian persecution is going on by either what I'll quote, moderate governments or moderate people. And speaking of Christian persecution, now what we deal with here in the West and the United States and in Europe and UK and Canada and places like that in Australia, I know it's less than zero compared to what our brothers and sisters are dealing with all over the world. But here's the thing. Don't think it's not coming here. To that degree, I don't know. but I do think persecution's coming. I can find a biblical precedent for that. I mean, Jesus did say this world is gonna hate us. They persecuted me, they are gonna persecute you. To what degree each person has to deal with it, I don't know. We'll leave that to the Lord and leave that to his providence. But I'll say this, you got places in Europe now, you can't preach the gospel, you can't preach the whole gospel, you can't preach out of certain books and verses in the Bible. Same thing's starting to happen in the UK, where they'll let people by the thousands lay in the streets, with their prayer rugs and scream prayers, but you have one Christian silently praying in front of an abortion clinic and they holler off to jail. You have another guy that's preaching out there, preaching the gospel, and he's preaching hate speech supposedly. You see where this is going? These are not isolated events. People are coming after, the thought police are coming after Christians in Europe and in the UK and even Canada. And friends, it's coming to the United States too. I mean, people are trying to pass laws now to squelch Christianity, rights for Christian camps, for Christian churches, when it comes to trans rights and bathrooms and what you can teach people and what you can't say. I mean, it's coming. To what degree, like I said, I don't know. But don't think that Christian persecution is not more widespread than you think. There is coming a day, though, as it ramps up. The Bible says people will be thinking they're going to do God a favor when they persecute you. And this is not on my notes, but I'm thinking about the man that was arrested a couple of weeks ago. I believe it was Colorado. Maybe it was Arizona. Forgive me. Either way, this man was arrested, 51-year-old man arrested, big guy. had big tattoos on his neck of some type of Hebrew writing, but he was arrested for a crucifixion-style killing of a pastor, I believe it was in Arizona, nailing him to a wall, putting a crown of thorns in his head, and killed him. And this guy had a hit list of, some people say 50, maybe some people say, reports say 75 or 80, but let's just say 50, 60, maybe 70 Christian leaders on his hit list, well-known pastors, preachers, that he was going to go after and kill and do the same thing too, because he felt like they were enemies of God because they said that Jesus is God and Jesus is God's son. My friends, again, going back to the whole mob mentality, again, going back to stirring people up. As things get worse, as we have this religious deception creep over this entire planet wholesale, we don't know what we're playing with. We don't know what we're facing. It's just going to get worse. But we'll continue. Again, thinking of spiritual deception on a... Different note, we have many Christian leaders that are falling in scandals, sexual scandals, financial scandals, certainly sexual immorality, adultery. And these are well-known people, well-known pastors. I mean, think about how many just in the last year or so, people who said, well, he might do it, but he would never do that. And here you go. Another one bites the dust. It's like, not him. Not that we put our faith in man, but you know what I mean. It's very sad time when you see this. And then we have Christian artists, famous people, like the guy that was the lead singer of Newsboys and DC Talk, him being a pervert and all the stuff that he hid and the illicit drug use and everything else, living a double life. And we know what the Bible says, be sure that our sins will find us out. Friends, we have to be humble and be introspective lest these things happen to us. But for the grace of God, there go I, right? But let's continue. We have spiritual deception, sometimes even mask itself as false revivals. You see a lot of these mass baptisms. I'm not saying every baptism was wrong and every person wasn't sincere. But what I'm saying when I see these sort of commercialized mass baptisms, mass concerts, and these mass revivals, I start to wonder, where's the Holy Spirit in all this? Where's the repentance? Where's the renewal? Where's the going out and compelling people to come in? Looks like a lot of hype. Looks like a lot of tears, a lot of t-shirt and bracelet wearing, but not a whole lot of change. But let's continue. We also have what I would call our scoffers, people that look at what's happening in the world now. Basically, everything's fine. Everything's great. This is going to go on as usual. This has always been this way. But you can look at your Bible. You can look at the world today and say, this is not normal. I mean, even just Israel existing. You look at how the Lord's had us handle that nation and brought those people back. And we're at a point now, though, where you have people, nations like Iran, that could literally collapse. go after Israel. They're trying to develop a nuclear weapon to destroy them. I mean, who's had that kind of technology before? We're getting to the point now where rogue nations are gaining these weapons to destroy people they can't stand. I'm telling you, this is not going to last forever. But since we're living in the time we're living in, and since we're dealing with what we're dealing with, what does this all mean for us? What is the takeaway for Christians? What do we do knowing that this world is the way it is? How should we live? Listen to this. I'm going to read this to you and I'm going to encourage you with this. The Bible says in Hebrews 10, 22, let us draw near with a true heart and full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from evil, from, excuse me, from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water. Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering for he who promised is faithful and let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works. What day is that? That's the day of the Lord. Friends, we see it approaching. Jesus even said, listen, how is it you can discern the seasons, but can't discern the size of the times? We just looked at nine or 10 points there that tell us, yeah, We don't know the day or the hour. We know it soon, but we know the day is approaching. What manner of people ought we be in all holiness, right? Well, one thing we have to do, Peter said, when people ask you the reason, let me tell you this, friends, as you see the world unraveling, people don't have personal peace in their life. People are afraid. The Bible says it's going to get so bad that people's hearts are going to fail them for fear. They're going to have heart failure when they think about and see what's coming upon the planet. You think about all the fright during COVID and all the fright during this and that and the war that looked like it was going to a major war with Israel and Iran. People are getting scared. Well, you have peace even in the midst of these trials, even in the midst of a world that's falling apart around people. People say, where do you get your peace from? Peter said, be ready to give a reason for the hope you have within you, but do it with gentleness and respect. Friends, if we're motivated by love, And we love people. We love lost souls. We have an opportunity to tell them, look, the only reason I have peace is I have Jesus. You understand before I was a wretched sinner. I was, my life was in shambles. I was, I was, I was going to hell. I mean, even some Christians might say I had a great life, but I knew I was going to go to hell. And I had to come to saving faith in Jesus. I came to repentance, confessed my sins, and he gave me a new heart, a heart of flesh for a heart of stone. I'm a new man. I'm a new woman. I'm a new kid. I'm a new teenager. I'm brand new. The Lord has made me new. He's redirected my life, turned my life around, and now I'm living for him. I have complete joy and peace even in the midst of all this. That's how we should live. We should go out to the highways and hedges, compel people to come in. You make disciples. You evangelize. You take care and you reach out to the least of these, as Jesus said. And we stay sober. We stay vigilant. And we are watching and waiting for the Lord return. Friends, I know it's the middle of the summer. We're coming into July tomorrow, 2025. Things look like they're going on. Things have kind of smoothed out. The Iran-Israel thing has calmed down. There's no more pandemic. The economy stabilized. This guy's in the White House. This is happening in Europe. Things look pretty good. Things are rocking now. Be very careful because oftentimes the other shoe drops and things come back worse than ever. I'm telling you, the Bible says to be careful when they say peace and safety. than sudden destruction, right? So all this to say this, I want you to have a wonderful summer. I want you to focus on the prize, focus on hearing well done, good and faithful servant in the midst of all the turmoil that's in the world. We have a rock and a foundation and a tower that we can cling to in the Lord Jesus. Amen. Friends, I want you to have a great week. The Bible says, if you confess with your mouth, that Jesus is the Lord, and you believe in your heart that God did raise him from the dead, the Bible says you'll be saved. And friends, I can promise you the Lord keeps his word. Jesus loves you more than you'll ever know, but I would plead with you to be on his right side.
